Zippy Chiagora Q & A
By: Rich Richardson
Rich Richardson
#1 in the world, your quick rise to the top has been unprecedented. Besides the obvious, what separate you from the top ten contenders?
Zippy Chiagora
Flat out Zippy’s the smartest man in the sport. Zippy’s not a sportsmen, Zippy’s a businessman. All these fools bust their butts working for months or years to make the amount of money Zippy makes at one match.
Rich Richardson
How much money are we talking about?
Zippy Chiagora
Zippy only hangs for six figures, if you’re not gonna put up at least a hundred grand don’t call Zippy.
Rich Richardson
That’s a lot of money. Why do you think people
are willing to risk all that against a man that this
magazine calls “virtually unbeatable”?
Zippy Chiagora
Why do people go to casinos?
Odds are you won’t win.
Rich Richardson
But in their heads they think they can win.
Zippy Chiagora
Exactly! Everyone wants to be the best. The problem is Zippy has set the bar so high that no one has ever given him a real challenge. Zippy’s matches are more like charity events where the opponent donates his money to Zippy’s favorite charity…Zippy.
Rich Richardson
Someone out there has got to be able to give you a close match?
Zippy Chiagora
Zippy’s unbeatable!
Rich Richardson
What about the top contender?
The mysterious Stanley Johnson.
Zippy Chiagora
(Zippy Laughs) He’s a joke, but when the
time comes and he brings the cash
Zippy will gladly embarrass him.
Rich Richardson
What if what you say is true? What if you are unbeatable?
Zippy Chiagora
Zippy is unbeatable.
Rich Richardson
Right, then what will you do when everyone else figures this out? When the challenges stop coming in?
Zippy Chiagora
(Zippy shrugs his shoulders and takes a sip from his coconut mixed drink) Zippy’s got a huge bankroll. Zippy’s invested wisely. Zippy is prepared if he has to retire. Then Zippy will have more time to spend with his seven wives.
(At press time, late November 2005, Zippy remained undefeated.)

In February of 1997 at a gas station near Waikiki Beach a group of bored mechanics and gas attendants decided to see who had the longest flaccid penis. Each guy put up fifty dollars, one man was the clear winner, by a ridiculous margin. From there that man moved to the states where he dominated the underground circuit. Pros all around realized they had seen the future of the sport
